We came here on our honeymoon and it was amazingly fantastic. The glass showers are a little out of the ordinary, but at this stage in life why be that shy with the person you sleep with?! The terrace was grand even in January. I enjoy their approach on reduce reuse and recycle; its just a bit odd they chose that as a motto and leave the lights and tvs on all the time. All the staff was friendly, helpful and very approachable.

Gorgeous hotel. Super friendly staff. Complimentary upgrade. Best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Just far enough away from Broadway but close enough that it’s a quick walk to all the restaurants.
Just a note is that Valet is $70 a night. That was the only thing that really was a shock when we saw that on our bill. So just be prepared.

The whole set up was peaceful and comfortable in the room but very happening and lots of energy in the lobby and rooftop bar. Perfect combination.

No complimentary bottled water in the room, and lack of ice being readily available made the drink making process a little inconvenient.
The fridge was full of drinks to purchase, which we had to remove for our food we prepped to bring on the trip.
The lack of bathroom privacy was a bit of an issue too. Would be fine for married people that have been together for 30 years, but not too romantic to be in the living room and seeing someone sitting on the toilet…
