Great hotel by Rupp for family and kids

The place itself, is a good location. We went to an event at Rupp and it was fairly quick and easy to get in and out. I stayed with my wife and 2 daughtrrs, 8 and 11. The hotel itself has a nice size pool and a very large hot tub. Granted the one side of the hot tub had no bubbles, but if you turned the waterfall on, you didn't even notice. It also has a bar, sauna, free breakfast (they were out of a lot of things and closed early), arcade area (takes quarters but no change machine), small basketball court, small outside area, and a gym. The room looks a little old but was clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. The fridge was a good size. The tv didn't have a guide which is kind of annoying, but we only watched TV right before we went to sleep anyway. The place also has a restaurant attached. Good food and drinks but the food portions were VERY SMALL.

First, our room smelled strongly of marijuana. This was supposed to be a no smoking room. So we asked for a change and got a room that didn’t smell. However it needed cleaning. The floors had not been vacuumed. Popcorn and other refuse was on the carpet and bathroom floor. Old dental floss draped around the handle of one nightstand.
The bed was good and freshly made. And all else seemed clean - the bathroom, etc.
No hairdryer. But plenty of towels.
So an adequate stay but not one we will repeat.
The restaurant next door was excellent.

Nice place

Comfortable and quiet rooms. Breakfast was pretty good. They a great smelling restaurant connected. Wish I would have had more time to enjoy those hot tubs. So much available in this relaxing hotel. Next trip here will be with wife and fam..

Upgraded me to the room I thought I booked. People at the desk were very nice and kind.
Breakfast could be better.
Remote for the TV didn't work.
No towels at the pool.
Hot tub wasn't hot.
Other than that, great place. Just was an off day for them maybe.

The room we were in was not bad. Just not sure if it was cleaned. Sheets were fresh but there was food particles on the floor from previous guests. Went to get ice and the entire area looked like a tornado had blown through. Trash and leaves everywhere.
