The location was wonderful which is why I have stayed here before.
The price was reasonable and the staff was professional.
The bathroom- specifically the shower was disappointing.
The shower needs an overhaul. !

Lady bug infestation in both rooms
General mold and uncleanliness evident
Maintenance slipping everywhere

This booking was horrible. Attempted to checkin at 3pm on 11/30 and the Hotel stated that the hotel.com virtual card was invalid. Went back and forth between the hotel staff and hotel.com trying to get the issue resolved until 8pm. Hotel clerk stated that hotel.com contacted them with a new virtual card and it went thru. I checked in and room had an odor. Hotel had no other rooms available. I experienced a 5 hr delay in checking in and then had to deal with a foul odor in my room. This was my worst experience booking a hotel.

This stay was for my husband and I vow renewal! With this stay we had 10 rooms all together. The front desk agent named DD was extremely rude. Lied and told us that 5 rooms checked out on the account of our children running through the halls yelling fire but when I asked for the cameras to be ran back the managers confirmed that wasn’t true. Then two hours before our ceremony the Gm Melissa sat my husband down and told him that we were banned because 5 more guest checked out on the account of our children. There was no proof or paperwork and they allowed us to continue our stay!!! The lobby smelled like marijuana in a non smoking property but yet the same people that checked in on Friday were there when we checked out on Sunday unbothered by the front desk. I truly felt like we were TARGETED!!! An experience that was supposed to be memorable due to the fact that I came to this hotel because I wanted to be around family because this is where I am from, turned into an experience from hell! You can’t advertised to be family friendly and then treat families poorly. I hope that everyone else’s experience is greater than mine.

The hotel as a whole was nice. The shower in our room was really dirty & looked like it hasn't been cleaned well in a while. Maybe not dirty, but moldy. And definitely rust. And the flloor in the room inself could have been cleaner. Also, there was food from a previous guest (or staff) in the fridge.
