Overall, great hotel. Staff that checked us in was so sweet! She helped us out when we couldnt get in our room. Room was clean and quiet at night. It did have a little bit of a smoke smell in the room, even though I requested a non smoking room, but it didnt interfere with my stay as it was just a slight odor and we sprayed freshener. Would definitely stay again.

I was traveling with my two teenage sons and stayed there because I do everytime I'm in Greenwood. I had to ask for towels as soon as we got to the room. We got there on Saturday, by Tuesday we didn't have hot water. No big deal, it was just for a couple of hours. On Wednesday, we didn't have water at all. No warning, just no water. When I talked to the office, I was told there was a leak being fixed. By Wednesday night, there was a trickle of water but we still couldn't flush the toilet. Thursday was the same, no water at all. I fully understand that things happen but there was no communication at all. No warning, no options. We left a day early because not having a working toilet with two teenage boys is not a fun vacation. This situation could have been handled so much better. I have always stayed at this hotel when I'm in Greenwood but I will look for a different one next time.

Room got the job done. Can't say I was impressed with the OSB boards on the balcony floor.
Seemed to be a lot of in and out traffic.

There was hair in the sink hair in the shower hair innthe bottom of the fridge and the tv didnt work.

We stay at the redroof in greenwood several times a year. Have never had a bad experience there.
