Incredible hospitality
Breakfast was delicious, and the service from our waiter and host was attentive and so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team on the 11th floor—always kind, welcoming, and checking in with us, making our stay even more special.
The rooms were clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, and the service was impeccable. This combination truly made for a memorable trip.
My wife and daughters absolutely loved the soap and lotion in the guest rooms. They’re still talking about it three days later!
Finally, we had a wonderful time in Boston.

Exceptional Service from Ayoub at Matria
Ayoub was attentive without being intrusive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. He had in-depth knowledge of the menu and offered excellent recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes.
