We regret that the frosted glass bathroom panes, in room coffee service, and other amenities did not meet your expectations. We are also concerned about the cleanliness of the furnace filter and will address this issue immediately with our maintenance team to ensure it does not happen again.

Exceptional New Year’s Eve Stay with Impeccable Service and Comfort
Now my room.. I very particular about cleanliness when I travel I even take my personal bedding ... I have to say that
the room was spotless, and it was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work making the stay incredibly comfortable....I’ve stayed at many hotels as a travel often for business and leisure but the level of cleanliness here was remarkable.
The rest of the hotel staff, including the restaurant team, were very friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service!
This combination of impeccable cleanliness and top-notch customer service sets this hotel apart. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-managed place to stay I’ll definitely be returning!!
