Fabulous service

Staff were very helpful and accommodating - they changed our booking without question when we were going to be late due to unforeseen traffic.
We came for the carvery and as usual no issues! We always enjoy our time at the Red Squirrel - great atmosphere! 100% would recommend.

Only 1 large towel, cold, but great shower

Cheap, great value but why so cold and why only 2 large towel for a family room. This would be 5 out of 5 for value with these small changes.
The room is a good size, it's v v cheap....we paid 55 quid for a family room, parking is good but feck me it was cold. The heating did not work!

Ayrshire's awesome appetites appeased.

Friendly service excellent food well looked after by Gerard throughout recommend mega mixed grill and definitely be back again.
Great location family friendly and plenty tables well spaced out.
Kids play area pool darts and machines.
Well worth a visit.

Great location, friendly staff

We stayed at this hotel as we were there for a judo competition, Great hotel with a great location easily visible from the main road and easy access to it, the hotel was clean and quiet, the food at their restaurant was nice and fairly priced, the staff were very friendly and happy to help, we will definitely stay here at the next competition.

Red Squirrel

We stayed at the Red Squirrel from May until January due to a house fire. We are extremely grateful to staff. They are very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and ensuite. There is a high standard of cleanliness. They have good size TVs on the wall and free WiFi.
