Z Piccadilly was clean comfortable and perfect for what we needed.
Mio at the reception desk was so welcoming.
Membership benefits are a real treat and make you feel valued as a customer

Value for money
The room was spacious with a large bed, a very large walk in shower and a smart TV with lots of viewing choices.
It was a quiet and comfortable stay with a good choice of breakfast options.

Over-delivered in every possible way
I absolutely LOVED my stay. For supposedly a budget hotel, it comes across as anything but. Very modern, clean and tidy and professional, helpful and lovely staff at reception and in the cafe/bar.
I was upgraded from an inside double to a double with a window courtesy of registering to be a member on their website, and was also able to check in early (11am) which was brilliant.
Yes, the rooms are small but I knew this before booking, and in actual fact, found that the room I had was well designed so it didn't feel too small. More than enough space for me, my luggage and a counter to use my laptop on, without feeling cramped.
Bed was comfy, and the lights/fan were easy to use and worked well.
I was pleasantly surprised that the television also had all the sky channels - including sports and movies - absolute bonus! This worked pretty well although it did drop out every now and then. Wasn't a big problem though.
The biggest bonus was the free cheese and wine put out between 5pm and 8pm. Absolutely delicious and also had an array of chutneys / crackers / fruit.
Unlimited coffee/tea from the cafe was also included due to being a member, which was fab!
Breakfast included was lovely too - enjoyed a variety of cereals / fruit and a warmed bacon and omelette flatbread.
Will 100% stay here again. Thanks to all the staff for making me feel welcome. I loved my stay

Top experience
Absolute fantastic location .. super central and convenient area to avoid taking the subway at least to see the areas of covent Garden or Westminster that are easily reachable on foot .. rooms a little 'small but for us, the room was just a foothold, were fine. Nice environment and good breakfast. A separate applause goes to the guys at the reception always kind and really helpful at all hours of the day.
There were 8 of us and we were all satisfied and happy with the choice .. absolutely recommend and hope to be able to return.
