Guests choose their own bed upon check-in (the hostel is unable to hold specific beds in advance). Guests arriving early to check-in may store their luggage for free. There is a fee for luggage storage after check-out. Guests aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years and over. Children from the ages 12 years or younger must be booked into private rooms. Bookings of 15 or more guests are considered a group booking. Group bookings are required to have the full cost of booking paid no less than 6 weeks prior to arrival. GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 12 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Smart Hostels reserves the right to cancel it otherwise.
