A lovely friendly hotel

As always I had an excellent stay. There is always a friendly greeting at reception from Alison, Kelly and Dan who are helpful and kind. The rooms are pleasant and clean and the beds are comfortable with nice plump pillows. The bathrooms are well appointed and there is always plenty of hot water. Breakfast is buffet style and Maggie and Amina in the restaurant are lovely and always keen to help. I love visiting this hotel

Very nice and spacious

Very good hotel. Comfortable, spacious rooms, clean. A little far from downtown, but with two large shopping centers 3 blocks away. The hotel kitchen is expensive, but good quality, breakfast is plentiful, with many savory and sweet options. And with the addition that is the Bolton Wanderers hotel, so the stadium (which is beautiful) is in the same facilities.

A warm welcome.

I was with my wife, my brother and sister-in law. We had never stayed at this hotel or experienced a match package with rooms that overlooked the football pitch. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Adam and Alison greeted us at reception. We had a couple of queries that were happily resolved by the team. A special shout out for Kelly, Joan and Vicky who were extremely helpful. The rooms are really nice and the view is excellent. We were taken aback by the complimentary gifts. A couple of bottles of chilled beer and my wife loved the Bolton Wanderers teddy. We paid for a drinks package that was ready in our room. Tea/coffee/biscuits and hair drier (a must for the wife). Climate controlled room. We paid for match tickets that are included in the match package.
A little disappointed the restaurant (Reflections) wasn't open as it has pitch views but the bar staff were friendly and accommodating and we managed to reserve a table.
For bar meals, there wasn't a great selection but the steak was very good and the pizzas excellent. The drink prices were as you expect for a hotel but a good selection.
With our package we also got 10% off all drinks and food. Early check in and late check out were also included in the package. There is free parking too.
Fantastic value and made to feel welcome. Got to say we were pleasantly surprised and would love to do this experience again.

Room with a view

Friendly greeting on reception, loads of free car parking, room very clean and comfortable and food great. Janet had cleaned my room prior to arrival and it’s immaculate.
The room has recently been refurbished and is much more appealing and modern than the old rooms
