Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Towers Rotana - Dubai of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the hotel. If you are booking on someone else’s behalf, please contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing. Debit cards can only be used upon arrival at the property. Please note that as per UAE law, guests are required to present a valid UAE ID or valid passport upon check-in. When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that we accept all major credit cards at the hotel. For all bookings that require advance payment, a secure link will be sent by the hotel reservations team for credit or debit card payments. Payment is required to be made at the time of booking. Bookings may be canceled in case of non-payments. For all flexible and semi-flexible bookings that do not require an advance deposit, a secure link will be sent by the hotel reservations team for credit card validation and pre-authorization of the value of the first night’s stay. Validation is required to be made 14 days prior to arrival date. In the event of cancelations or no show, the card will be charged based on the cancelation policy mentioned in your booking. Visa, MasterCard and AMEX payments are accepted through the secure link for payments and validations.
