Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AED 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. As per local legislation, all guests are required a valid passport or state-issued ID at check-in. The hotel will not admit unaccompanied minors below 18 years old. All reservations made without a credit card or with invalid credit cards may be canceled by 18:00 hours on the day of arrival. Please note that the spa will be closed until further notice.

A municipal room fee will be charged per room per night during the stay. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and shall be paid at the hotel.
