Establishment to flee
We booked a duplex when we arrived on site, our duplex was allocated to a couple of 2 people while there were 5 of us.
The hostess gave us an apartment instead of the duplex without even warning us.
The apartment was obviously smaller and above all poorly cleaned.
Numerous stains on the sofa, the curtains, the walls, the dishes had rust stains, the terrace had not been cleaned at all, taps full of limestone, several animals seen. A foul smell in the refrigerator.
We requested a change of room, the hostess at reception was very haughty and unpleasant, at no time did we receive an apology, and no solution was found by the host. The customer service is absolutely not present, the reception is to vomit.
After several minutes of negotiation and the tone obviously rose, she ended up offering to give us an extra apartment with one bedroom, which was not planned because there were 5 of us and we wanted to spend our vacation all together.
We obviously lost a lot of time so that in the end we were taken out of the pool at 6 p.m. because access to the pool was closed.
The next morning at 8 a.m. one of the staff tried to enter our apartment several times, which is UNacceptable for giving our apartment to a family.
The only positive point is the comfort of the mattresses and the geographical position.
