Paradise on Koh Samui
The food at breakfast and in the restaurants is amazing, we didn’t even venture out of the hotel for evening meal/lunch because the menu was so extensive and we wanted to try everything!
The staff here are very attentive, polite and friendly!
I would not hesitate to return to this beautiful resort and would love to come back in future.

NOW EVEN BETTER!
This is not an ideal hotel for anyone who has difficulty walking as the beautiful grounds are extensive. Having said that, staff are always at hand with a buggy is required. Also, if you've visions of an idyllic Thai beach, this isn't it. It is, though, virtually private to the hotel and generally quiet and peaceful.
There have been some improvements since my visit last year, principally around the dining offer, but also on some of the public paths. One of the many things I love about this place is that the owners and managers never rest on their laurels and have made constant adjustments to the guest experience over the years.
Back to the staff though. They are, without question, the reason for my loyalty.
I fear for Koh Samui off the back of 'The White Lotus', the continued abundance of cannabis shops, and an island in danger of struggling under demand. I have no doubt, however, the Anantara Lawana team will continue to strive for the high standards that have won this traveller's loyalty.
