We weren't sure what to expect but enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for what we needed to do whilst in Ostersund. We had a number of sled dogs with us and these were accommodated without restriction. I can only give an average score on a number of things as I don't have anything much to compare against. However, the owners/managers were lovely, friendly and helpful and even came to watch at our event that we were taking part in. Down side, our water heater might not have been working too well as only one shower before having to wait a couple of hours for another person to be able to have one. No instructions as to how to use cooker/other kitchen appliances. Surprised we had to pay extra for bedding and towels. Lovey location and views, convenient for Ostersund town centre access and close to airport. We would definitely go back if returning to the same event.

Need a Refresh

Nice Campground near Östersund. Good possibilities to hike, walk, bike. The cabins are good but need a refresher inside. Otherwise ok and quiet. Östersund it self it’s not necessarily a Stop to plan. Kranich and other animals around the corner.

Fin campingplass

Clean and fine sanitary facilities. Remember level blocks as there are sloping surfaces there. Some places are right, we were last in place 22 and we didn't need a levelclose. Short way to the beach. Quiet and quiet at night. My twins at 7 years old ⁇ it well as there are bicycles for rent, minigolf and playground there.

Absolutely not recommended!

Rented Cabin. Poorly cleaned. Water left in container after previous guest! Worn wooden floors where paint and wood were missing in sparse places. High risk of splinters in the feet. Indoor shoes needed. Roller blinds and blinds were missing. Impossible to sleep in light.
Very spartan furnishings such as bunk beds and pine tables and pine chairs from the 1970s.
Very hard mattresses!

Nice.

Happy and friendly staff. Very service oriented. Totally ok standard at the service houses. I like that there is a stove available as well as washing up liquid... Nice to have a campsite where we could choose a place as needed. Roof tents are.somewhat different is.caravan/car.
