Stop-over on journey from Lourdes to Costa Brava

Hotel Sansi Park is in an excellent location and with a wonderful staff who were most helpful and very patient with my poor Spanish. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel. Some top class restaurants nearby. Room was clean and well presented with a very modern en-suite.

ARROGANT ATTITUDE, we will not return

We came to Lleida for the weekend because we had a work event, I booked on their website, and wrote in comments that I came with two 6kg sausage dogs. When we arrived, first of all, after waiting for a while, the reception girl tells us that normally you can only one dog per room, and that also, we should have warned, because they have a dog plant and in the others they can not be, and they already had it full. I show him that I had warned him (I with the attitude he was talking to us thought he was going to leave us in the street, horrible). Afterwards, as if doing us a favor, since he said that all of Lleida was reserved, he says that they are renovating the building next door that is a superior room to ours but that he can let us spend the night there. The hallway in full construction, the room is not bad, but it lacks lights, tables, curtains, and a lot of details. If I pay for a hotel, I don't want to stay in the middle of building sites. It's not well soundproofed and you hear EVERYTHING, when people walk down the hall, when they talk in the next room... They didn't put any drink or anything for the dogs. I didn't feel welcome in this hotel, when we had already paid for it. Also, when we came for a walk, we saw that they were doing the same thing to another couple with their dog. Finally, I asked him for a dryer because there was no toiletries in the bathroom, he told me they had 2 for the whole hotel and were borrowed. They didn't give me any solutions. WE WILL NOT REPEAT

Horrifying.

Lousy hotel, room with broken shutters, no heating and with broken air for years. There's a humble heater sick of living in the closet who's scary to plug in. Photos of the web super retouched, attention in reception lousy, to my claim tell me what is there. This is the first time I've left a hotel. Of course, they charge it in advance.....ahh and the parking, you have to be a very good driver to enter and exit but, by the fond area is the hotel puts the car. I doubt you'll have anything left of the car if you leave it out one night....it's terrible the area

I have a health problem and need a bathtub on the room. I called the hotel and the nice lady confirmed that it would be available. I arrived a couple of hours later, parked in the underground lot and checked in, only to understand that these two lovely ladies at the reception were still working for me. Adorable and in the end I had my bath and could linger pain in my legs. The room was spacious, the bed nice. Location is OK, some 15 minutes walking to the center with the restaurants. Nice stay and value for money. Go there!

Recommended hotel for a visit to Lleida

We stayed one night by and the location and service is perfect. Step away from downtown to visit the Seu Vella and historic center, as well as , San Martí Street for dinner. all very friendly staff. Newly renovated and clean rooms for up to 4 people!
