Simply practical

Simple hotel for an occasional stay, very practical when making a stop to rest on a trip.
With good communication routes around, it is a hotel that meets expectations, close to Granada Science Park, making it ideal for your visit.
The rooms are simple but have everything you need for the proper rest of the guests, at least 112, in which we stayed.
In our case we took room plus breakfast, which was enough, a boy catered in the area and it was a varied breakfast.
The entertainment areas, with the bar (in reception for the day), the outdoor bar and the pool area are enough to take a small swim, the pool is very small although apparent in the photos be large, if I remember correctly with capacity for 12 adults, and with a depth of not more than 60 cm.
A shopping centre, several fast food and dining outlets and petrol stations are available around.
The treatment, cleanliness of the installation and condition of it, is correct.
As you need to say that being close to fast tracks, the noise of certain vehicles can come to be heard inside the room and be annoying, it would be advisable to improve or renew the closures to that side.

A very basic hotel but generally adequate for short stays

When Google this place, make sure not to confuse with another one similarly named "Hotel Urban Dream" which is closer to town. Also Google map does provide a very funny way of navigation going through unnecessary u-turns, use your common map sense instead. The hotel itself is very basic, and the free parking seems to have limited parking space only. The room we had was sort of standard size, with very basic furnishing. The most interesting part is that the shower stall does not have any place to hang the towel or clothes - and its door opens right in the middle of the room but not to the toilet.

Lousy, worst thing I've ever seen

Lousy hotel, room and bathroom to delimit, you are in bed and you see your companion shower, to dry you have to go out to the room, the Walter without window, you have no privacy, all the smells for the room, the sink stuck to the head of the bed, a nonsense. No hair dryer, no shampoo etc, the buffet, very small and bad. As a plus point the staff. I'M NOT COMING BACK.

Not to be booked for Muslim (or non-muslim) family visits with mother and father that come with elderly children due to toilet facilities that are almost see through in all rooms except the quadruple rooms.
The rooms are not displayed on Expedia so use the official companu website to check the rooms.
Luckily, the staff facilitated the quadruple room at no further cost for the remaining 2 out of 3 nights so 5* for that.

All right

The hotel, everything right, spacious room, good pillows and bedding. Near a hypermarket
Carrefour. Well soundproofed room. Both the rooms, and the common areas all updated and very clean. Very friendly and very attentive staff.
