Good city hotel

City hotel in the center of Elda, we stayed in two rooms two days, in August.
Hotel close to almost the entire city, surrounded by restaurants and bars next to the footwear museum.
Right rooms a little small but very clean.
The air conditioning is not working well.

Excellent service on the hotel terrace

Veryl hotel right for a city like Elda , good professionals, perfect breakfast and excellent service. Clean rooms as well as general facilities, paid parking just below the hotel at a lower than average price from these hotels.

Don’t bother visiting

Awful hotel!
It’s such a shame as the staff are lovely
They do not serve food until 8.30 pm which if you are tired is ridiculous, the room service menu is also awful until that time and there is nothing nearby where you can purchase food of a decent standard
The breakfast is very limited, they also do not uphold the benefits of being a platinum member
They charge 2.50€ for a very small ice bucket (which I was not told when ordering at reception)
I would not recommend a stay here

Nicely appointed AC hotel (as usual) but no staff or service

We really like AC hotels for comfort and value. Also the staff are usually excellent and very helpful. Our issue here was not with comfort - our room was good. The problem was a lack of staff and service. When we arrived, there was literally one (helpful) memeber of staff on reception. We would have loved a drink at the bar or in the lounge but it was shut and no room service was available. What was worse is that the bar and restaurant was not opening until 20.30. In point of fact, the bar never opened and didn't even look stocked and the place just lacked staff. The food at dinner was fine but again the friendly waiter was just under pressure. Whether it was because it was a Saturday, I don't know, but the service was non exisitent and this is a management issue not the staff that were there. There is no excuse for not being able to get a drink when you arrive at a 4 star hotel!!

Good value

Great quality hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, and central location. The second time we've stayed. .also baths in rooms. Lots of restaurants around but also good food in the hotel restaurant
