Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that only guests aged 16 or older can access the spa. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to access the spa Please note: Spa access has an extra cost of 40 EUR per adult and access (45minutes). Please note that the rates offered with dinner include three course dinner from set menu in a designated hotel restaurant for one or two resident adults sharing a room. A la carte dinner is not available for those reservations.

Please note that under Royal Decree 933/2021, effective February 1, 2025, hotels in Spain may request certain personal information at check-in, including but not limited to identification, address, email, and phone number for guests 14 and older, as well as proof of relationship with minors under 14.
