Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Late check-in is subject to the following surcharges: - From 21:30 to 23:30, EUR 30 (excluding VAT); - From 23:30 to 00:30 EUR 50 (excluding VAT); - From 00:30 to 01:30, 60 EUR (VAT not included); - From 1:30 to 3:00, 80 EUR (VAT not included); - From 3:00 onwards, EUR 100 on request (VAT not included).
