You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of NOK 5000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is no reception and the contactless with our app. We have a 14 days cancelation period. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time. Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Final cleaning is included for all stays. If you book an apartment for one more person than fixed beds, a fold out extra bed will be added. The rate is included in the total for guests over 6 years.
