A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that you can opt for a faster Wi-Fi connection at the following fees: - 3 EUR per hour - 17 EUR per 24 hours - 25 EUR per 48 hours Please note that all guests including children are required to pay a residence tax of EUR 5.45 per person per day upon check-out. Please note that breakfast for children above the age of 13 is not included in the rate and will be charged upon check-out for a fee of EUR 25. We are undergoing renovations until May 2023. During the week they are renovating between 9:00–18:00. We limit the noise disturbance.
