Just ok, no frills, nickel and dime ya on everything, no self parking, expensive, check in security checked my 14 year old bag thru scanner like at the airport, beach n this area is bad because right where the river does out tons of tree debris, ocean is brown from all the sediments! Place is tranquilo which was nice

Good option if you want to travel without spending much.

External facilities are fine, cozy, clean, good location if you take car, pool with hot water, beach accessible. Friendly staff, lots of security. It gives you access to living facilities, except pools.
In the rooms the beds and furniture is already old, for the price is fine. But the cleanliness is not good, smells very damp, the air conditioning does not cool well, they only lay the beds, do not wash the cups, did not clean in 4 days.
They sell you some $750 coupons for food, it's cheap but the food is not good. Drinks in the pool are expensive and very small, cocktails are not good.
You can eat at nearby restaurants, very rich and affordable prices.

Excellent facilities, very poor and rude staff

The hotel has very good facilities, the pool, the rooms, the consumer products very well, but what they have to work on is the profile of the people they hire... at reception a very rude and bad man questioning all the time that the reservation had not been paid (I already had 2 days staying) and very foolish. The pool’s “security” staff look like supermarket cops, they don’t stop seeing you all the time and it’s uncomfortable, and on arrival the sales ladies (because they don’t give you a room until they talk to you about an hour of memberships) with a very bad attitude, using very low arguments like that you have cancer and you dedicate yourself to this to get ahead, until we asked them to give us the room, and since you couldn’t sell us anything, you sent us two more people and we had 3 ladies on us, until I put a stop and told them that if we were allowed to get from a 10-hour road trip or we left... the truth leaves much to be desired the service of the staff... even the valet parking... 45 minutes to deliver the car (because it is ordered by phone 15 to 25 min in advance)... and one more thing, they have an access filter to the hotel like x-rays and officers who check all carry-on luggage and bags, and they are super rude... a pity about staying for the price you pay.
