The worst hotel in Acapulco
The package includes 150 taxi but when you arrive you are charged 250 and the reason is that they have not updated their page, they have no functional pool is damaged for a long time, but dishonestly they publish it and they do not warn you, the room is horrible, plastic doors of petrol station in the bathroom, rusty hooks, a drain cover inside the room, rusty and eaten watering cans, a bed base bigger than the mattress, and the cherry of the cake a neighbor who has rooster and chicken singing at 5 am and drum music in the afternoon, horrible experience

It is very basic, but it was clean, bed comfort fine but our ac unit and the light in the hall way made for a poor night sleep.
I as a traveler should have said something to the supervisor on board. But had to rush to the airport. It’s fine for $38 bucks!
