I have stayed at Big Banana Hotel multiple times, and it has always been a great experience! The bed is incredibly comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The room is spacious and well-maintained, with everything I need for a relaxing stay. The food is delicious with a variety of options. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The location is convenient, and the facilities are excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers!!

There are many mosquitoes ... The sound insulation is very poor, the environment smells, and the service staff is not bad.

Overall, it's good. Nice location, good parking. A little bit down part is the room soundproof is not good. Night time 11pm can still hear the kids noise .

2.) Don’t expect too much on the cleanliness and the ‘free breakfast’ …
3.) Poor Sound Insulation
4.) Hotel staff is not friendly, especially the ‘AM’ shift one , Her service and way to answer questions was pathetic

Hotel location hard to find, not in SP town central or access to main road. No car parking in the night as next to a shopping complex. Room size small compared to other small town motel /hotel.
