Please inform Yellow Mansion Hotel Melaka Raya of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of MYR 50 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. All bookings are subject to a MYR 2 Heritage Charge per room per night. This is to be paid directly to the hotel. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance if they are checking in later than 18:00. Please note that on every Sunday, public holidays and during the fasting month, breakfast service will be closed.
Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal. It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel.
