The hotel is relatively old due to its early construction, but it is well maintained. The entire hotel is a large resort built on the mountain with its own hot spring: Hinode Yu (known as the famous local Hoshino Hot Spring also tried it.) The difference between hot springs is small, that is, there are more shopping places near Hoshino, closer to the foot of the mountain . The overall feeling is relatively quiet and warm, mainly local Japanese and some Taiwanese groups live. The only nearby facility is the Toy Kingdom (5 Minutes away), it is very convenient to bring children, hotel waiters are still very welcoming (Japanese service does not seem to be bad), and now also equipped with Chinese waiters, a lot more convenient. There are 5 shuttle buses to and from Karuizawa Station every day. It is worth noting that the last bus from Karuizawa Station to the hotel will be gone at 5 o'clock. If you take a taxi to the hotel, the price will be prohibitive (10,000 yen).

一開始真得找不到大門，原本以為行李要走樓梯提上去，結果是從泡湯處進去坐電梯上二樓走天橋進主大樓登記入住!
環境是很漂亮，湯也不錯!

ホテルのせいではないけれど、コロナ渦でお客様が大分少ないので、バイキングのメニューが去年より少なめでした
でもお風呂は広々ゆっくり入れたし、わんぱく王国の乗り物もすぐ乗れたし、全体的には楽しかった！満足です！
