Eurocamp إيطاليا بونتا مارينا تيرمي
لقد عدنا للتو من Eurocamp في بونتا مارينا تيرمي. . . كان لدينا وقت مذهل كنا متوترين للغاية بشأن حجز Eurocamp لأننا لم نفعل ذلك من قبل ولكن كان يستحق 100 ٪ من المال. . . حصلنا على سيارة أجرة من مطار بولونيا تكلفتها 150 يورو عند وصولنا. لقد قابلنا ألان ، رجل إيرلندي كان مذهلاً ، أطلعنا على قافلة سياراتنا التي كان قد ملأها الشواء بالفحم وقلبنا الهواء وكان مفيدًا للجميع في الأسبوع لم نتمكن من طلب المزيد فهو ائتمان لشركة يوروكامب. . . هناك أيضًا خيمة يوروكامب ، حيث يمكنك أن تساعد نفسك في العوم وكل أنواع البتات المجانية. . . . يمكنك أيضًا استخدام موقع المخيم المقابل الذي كان جميلًا أيضًا حيث يحتوي المجمع على الكثير من الشرائح ولديه إمكانية الوصول إلى الشاطئ ولكننا نسير دائمًا على الشاطئ في الطريق وذهبنا بالقرب من الصخور لأنها كانت أكثر هدوءًا. . . . يوجد بجانب الخيمة عربة يمكنك استخدامها للسير إلى السوبر ماركت المحلي للقيام بمتجر للطعام ، ولكن هناك في الواقع comad أقرب وأرخص. . المخيم هو فقط حوالي 10 ٪ من Eurocamp والباقي محلية وخاصة أود أن أقول. . . سمعنا بعض الأصوات الإنجليزية ولكن ليس الكثير. . . sunbeds هي 2 €. 50 يورو في اليوم أو. 1 يورو 50 بعد الظهر ، لذا كن مستعدًا لدفع ثمن سريرك إن لم يكن مستلقًا على الأرض حول المسبح. . لقد استخدمنا العوامات في البركة أيضًا وكان لدي ذعر قبل مغادرتنا لأنه قال ملابس السباحة التقليدية للرجال فقط ؟؟ لكن هذا لم يكن صحيحا؟

شاطئ رائع
قضيت وقتا رائعا.
الشاطئ منظم للغاية ونظيفة. فريق العمل ودود للغاية على كل ما كنت قادمًا.
أفضل costumerservice حتى الآن.
مطعم رائع جداً.
هذا لن زيارتي الأخيرة.

Great hotel
In Turkey for the first time , came to rest, not to look for the shortcomings. The room is good, clean, everything is there. Hairdryer, TV, coffee, tea, water, juices, everything was. For the children every day there were animations , for adults there were also discotheques . And the show program. Sea , beach , sunbeds clean . There are no reproaches, but we need daggers. The food was varied, there were enough tables for everyone, there was no queue. The food is delicious, you won't stay hungry. The staff are excellent, understand Russian well. They always helped, even lost the room key somewhere in the hotel, we were forgiven not to charge us. General advice especially with children

First experience with Club del Sole
First experience in a Club del Sole village. Lightning holiday with only 3 nights of stay.
The Accommodation chosen was an elite lodge, found in good condition and quite clean with all the equipment provided. The beach is a few hundred meters, reachable with a comfortable walk in the village and then on a path in the pine forest, there is only to cross a road not at all busy. Swimming pool and indoor water park of sufficient size.
Points in favour:
- Cleaning common areas
- Large and well maintained elite lodge (apart from a devastated pillow, probably by some pet)
- Accommodation offer included some very welcome complimentary tickets to Mirabilandia, reachable in 15 minutes by car
- Staff always friendly and helpful in all areas
Cons (probably because we are a few days away from closing)
- supermarket little stocked and rather expensive
- mediocre pizzeria

Scam! Be careful if you have dogs
The only positive point of the stay was the reception staff on the day of our arrival.... Thereafter, it is a chain of disappointment....
First, the restaurant: staff who avoid us, not speaking Italian, but French and English for us. Not nice either.... Food, dishes are reused from the day before! Inadmissible in view of the limited choice for a so-called “buffet”. Hardly any typical Italian food, for example: lasagna, pizza, tiramisu and so on. The food is tasteless and nothing is fresh!!! The cook still dares to open packaging in front of us to serve them in dishes. An asterisk indicates that some foods are frozen. Be frank, it’s more like the majority of food... We have to go get our own cutlery because the tables are never ready properly.
In another time, the general smell of Bungalow is not normal. After each return to the site, a foul smell is emitted. For example, the air conditioning is not maintained at all. We called on your services because it was almost non-functional. Normal, considering its condition, the filter overflowing with dust.... A link with the smell!? In addition, the air conditioning must be turned on for hours to get cool while it is extremely hot outside.
The dog pool. It is clearly not written that its use is paid for on your website! It is with the Reservation that we get more details and learn the Award!!! Especially seeing the state of the pool. You dare to present a beautiful swimming pool on your social networks and on site the water is actually green.... With a board that does not allow the dog to get out of the water.... Indeed it is almost smooth and with a bad angle. I have two very active and sporty dogs (Malinois/Dutch) who couldn’t get out on their own, so I dare not imagine a standard family dog, it can only drown if its owner can not push it to get it out of the water....
Dog parks are very quickly limited. The agility park is only made for small dogs and the general space does not allow them to really exercise already that they are forced to be held with a leash of maximum 1.5m .....
We are talking about a Dog Beach and finally the same on site the dog must stay in a very small space in the sand. There is no place for them to play already that they are forbidden the sea! There yet not mentioned correctly on your website! The sea is forbidden to the dog when no one is watching the beach and it is dirty by full of big pigs on both legs called human.
We reserve a place but no control is carried out so people come to use the deck chairs without paying to see even take our reserved places....
We see everywhere that a welcome bag is offered for dog owners and for us nothing!? Ah if we took part in the show for children in Adriano and there we receive a bag with the rules and not even the entire contents ..... pathetic....
Once again on social networks the linens are placed on the bed with a presentation but for us they are thrown on the bed and again in plastic packaging....
At the checkout, we are told that the Reservation of the dog pool was not paid .... Fortunately a colleague remembered that we had paid... otherwise I guess we still have to keep the tickets to prove a payment. And not even a great goodbye.....
Let’s be honest, this is a place to avoid if no improvement, especially if you love your dogs
