Comfort in the center

Central and comfortable three star hotel. Our room was large enough, very warm and quiet, comfortable and spacious bed. The elevator (the hotel has three floors) is replaced by a small elevator that climbs slowly and a little laboriously, but still useful. Limited breakfast, served in a small room. However friendly and efficient service.

Friendly place and well centralized

The hostel is simple and is in a location close to the center, easy and nice to walk to the points of interest. City with quite young people, places to sit and have a coffee, or wine and really enjoy the atmosphere. The breakfast place is small but very nice and organized. The ladies who make the coffee are very kind and with a beautiful smile on the face. The shower is strong, a delight. The only thing I should have seen before is the carpet on the floor, I'm allergic, but it's my fault.

I find this three-star hotel for quality price excellent value,
convenient location for everything,. the guys I found are very kind and helpful for everything, breakfast is fine and super clean rooms not very large but I would say very satisfactory, I make a note but constructive changed the lights of the room for my personal opinion. paola

Bad location and also the “suite”

I paid 100 euros a night for what they call a beautiful suite well they made me climb into a claustrophobic freight elevator and the room was bad. Old, dismal, with TV only in the room and not in the room, the terrace was dilapidated and poorly maintained. After a quarter of an hour I was there I left and they charged me for the room anyway. Experience to forget

ci dispiace tantissimo che non abbia apprezzato la nostra struttura, ma la mia più grande curiosità è sapere come mai ha recensito il 25/08/24 un soggiorno di settembre 2023. Per quanto riguarda il pagamento della camera è ovvio che sia stato richiesto, in quanto se si usufruisce dei servizi della stessa e non possiamo effettuare le pulizie a fondo, per noi non è più possibile rimetterla in vendita. Il montacarichi è omologato anche per le persone, e anche se lento, fa il suo dovere. Tenga conto che l’albergo si trova in pieno centro storico e al momento della ristrutturazione, abbiamo avuto molte limitazioni dal punto di vista normativo e architettonico, ma sinceramente io trovo la soluzione comoda e anche divertente. La camera di cui lei parla, non è una suite, ma una junior suite, questo implica una grande differenza e la scelta di mettere il televisore solo nel salottino è stata una scelta voluta. Se non l’ha trovata di suo piacimento ci dispiace, ma in questo caso si entra nell’ambito del gusto personale ed è giusto che ognuno esprima il proprio.
Non posso approfondire di più le sue lamentele in quanto trattandosi di un soggiorno di circa un anno fa, non posso ricordarmi, posso dire che in questo momento il terrazzino è perfettamente in ordine e pieno di gerani in fiore.
