Spectacular

I had the pleasure of staying at this property and it was a simply perfect experience! Since our arrival, we were greeted with great courtesy and professionalism. The environment is cared for in every detail, spotless and equipped with every comfort.
The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and offered spectacular views. The comfortable bed guaranteed us an excellent rest. The bathroom was also impeccable, with quality products and a fantastic shower.
The staff has always been helpful and attentive to our every need, making the stay even more special.
The location is perfect for exploring the area and making the most of your holiday. I can only recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation, quality and impeccable service. Definitely will be back!

Comfortable and nice hotel but ...

The hotel is very convenient 3 minutes from the station on one of the main streets of Naples. It is inside a building on the 1st floor. The rooms are new and well cleaned and tidy. Breakfast is made in a very nice bar opposite.
I recommend the owners or managers to review the air conditioner for hot air output because with the radiators off even in Naples it s cold ...
Then I recommend filling the mini bar with at least 1 bottle of water ...

Unfriendly manager and 2 of 3 rooms were booked smelled from the toilets.

It's in the seedy side of town. The women were a little scared walking around there at night. When walking in the front door you have to step over a 6"high ledge. Three of us banned our heads walking in, to the point I cut my head and the blood ruined my new hat I just bought while in Italy. Then you have to remember to watch out for a 4" post holder sticking up from the ground, right as you walk in, and in line with walking to the steps. The day manager is arrogant and ignorant with no customer relations experience. Rooms were tiny especially if staying for 12 nights. No common area to meet your travel companions. The maid was nice, but kept turning off our AC and lowering our fridge and unplugging everything we had plugged in like charging our phones every morning when they cleaned. I would not recommend even if your on a budget vacation. Find a better hotel. Our loss could be your gain.

Very bad Odor

The odor coming out of the bathroom was so disgusting that it literally made my wife and me sick to my stomach. I covered the toilet and other drains with towels to no avail. The odor never went away. I told the manager and had to check out early. He said that he would not refund my last 4 nights even though he had my room rented with another person the same night that we had to leave. There were many other issues but this is reason enough. Please do not make the same mistake.
