Wow!!! Our family of 8 stayed in four rooms and all were marvelous! My husband and I enjoyed a STUNNING view of Parliament and the Fisherman's Bastion. Three of our adult children shared an apartment-type suite that was just lovely - a little kitchen, a dining area, a sofa bed in the sitting room, and a bedroom upstairs. The hotel is gorgeous, spotless, and elegant. The breakfast buffet had great variety and amazing views. We loved everything about our stay - from the comfy bed to the reading lights to the robes and slippers to the in-room beverage set up. And oh, that view!

كان استقبال طاقم الفندق أثاء الوصول سيئ للغايه وعدم التعامل بحرفيه وطلبت منه مساعده ولم يساعدني وكذلك لم يعطني غرفة مناسبة

Extremely disappointed with the unacceptable service I received at your hotel’s front desk. A bald male staff member mocked me with eye-rolling and laughter after I declined a paid upgrade and breakfast — behavior that was blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional.
Another female staff member falsely claimed my reservation couldn’t be found and pressured me to rebook and pay on the spot, causing unnecessary stress.
At checkout, I was told I couldn’t get an invoice immediately and would have to wait 4–5 days — completely unacceptable for a business traveler.
This level of service is disgraceful and far below basic hospitality standards. Immediate action is expected.

VERY deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your front desk. One of the male bald front desk staff, acted in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. After I politely declined his offer to pay for a room upgrade and breakfast, he immediately rolled his eyes and laughed at me, which was completely inappropriate and offensive.
Additionally, a female front desk staff member claimed she couldn’t find my reservation at all and insisted that I make a new booking and payment on the spot. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
To make matters worse, when I checked out and requested an invoice, I was told that it could not be issued immediately and that it would take 4 to 5 days, which is unacceptable for any business traveler.
This level of service is far below what I expect from a professional hotel, and I hope appropriate action will be taken to address these issues.

In the restaurant, there is a Chinese girl working in the restaurant in the morning. I think she is very nice and helpful.
However, other experience were all bad! The front desk of the hotel is rude, said that “because you book the CHEAPEST room in our hotel from Xiecheng, we can only give you a room with inner-hotel view! Cheapest room?? This is the first time I hear some describe your own hotel. And I am the gold vip client of Xiecheng. Secondly, the bathroom light has no battery, which other client’s comment said he has the same problem!
