too loud and too rocky
Negative: There was only one corner room = complete street noise from the entire intersection (4 lanes), trucks even after midnight. No soundproof windows, so no chance of sleeping. My room is also next to the staircase and in front of the elevator - so it's not just loud from outside.
The hotel is generally run down and worn, the rooms smell unpleasant, the carpets (rooms and breakfast room) are very stained, the furniture is scuffed, the pillow was OK maybe 10 years ago. The bathroom is old but clean - no bath mat in front of the shower, but a new shower curtain. The WiFi is very unreliable. The breakfast is simple: pre-baked rolls, cheese that has hardly any taste, coffee from warming jugs - but there was fresh fruit and fresh cucumbers/tomatoes.
There are stickers everywhere asking you to forego room cleaning and opt for a free drink instead. NO, dear management: your hotel needs more care, not less.
At over €80, the price-performance ratio is not right!

Centrally Located, Decent Budget Hotel.
Pros: Centrally Located, Decent Breakfast Spread.
Cons: Slightly Old.
H+ Hotel, as it was known then, was our home for two weeks.
The Hotel had a decent breakfast spread & was centrally located with a large number of the restaurants, train station & the shopping high street at an walkable distance.
Comfortable rooms, but avoid the ones facing the main road, if you get easily disturbed by the road sounds.
Overall a decent place & a pleasant stay.
