Very good house in perfect location

As always, everything is fine! Has been to GINN Esslingen many times. The location is perfect and everything always works well with the automated check-in, check-out and key functions. Until 22:00 you always have a direct contact in the lounge, where you can also have breakfast and drinks. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable.
The bottle of water in the room is now unfortunately only available on request, as is the sink set for the kitchen, and on my last stay the room cleaning was forgotten once and carried out on request the following day.
Except for these minor complaints, everything is great. I like to keep coming back.

Really good located, 5 min walk to the train station, supermarket, coffee and restarurants also walking distance.
The parking lot Hbf is just behind with good day price, however not the best impression (from parking lot)
The appartment we got would be better if the building has another entrance, was almos going around the building inside every time going in/out

Long weekend to visit the excellent Esslingen Christmas market. The apartment was clean and well presented. Accessing the property is by a keypad and code on front door and the room door. Initially we had the wrong code, which is exasperating when one has travelled a long way and just need to get into a hotel room. There is a bar next door which is associated with GINN and is the breakfast room. Staff there were helpful in resolving the door code. After that all went well and we enjoyed our stay.

A night in Esslingen

Typical new city hotel, online check-in, modern facilities, but very small rooms, right at the train station and center,. Unfortunately, the equipment with plates, forks was not even sufficient for 2 people. The bar was unfortunately closed

This definitely a no contact sort of place. It is also very utilitarian in the hallways. No glam, no frills.
