Perfect check-in, beautiful area. They care on everything. Even the small amenities you receive are beautiful: Water bottle; free cookies and chocolate; big Villa on water … wow!
Dinner was a little … well! I waited 20 minutes (with me just 10 couples, 4 waiters) receiving the menu. No real recommendation given.
Breakfast war at least a blast … even wow!
I find it striking here again that the guest manager only speaks to selected people at breakfast and goes to the table. Not that I need that, but here too there seems to be a two-class society.
All in all it’s a nice to visit, BUT: No many fishes around, no real marine life … you need a boat or a tour for everything! Keep that in mind!
AND last but not least: It’s funny to see the young girl from reception hanging around on the main island after their shift and are REALLY drunk.
You should also keep in mind that you are identified with your job everywhere. That doesn't fit with Interconti in this upscale segment. But of course I don't begrudge the girls their fun

A Dream That Comes True
Magic, we've just returned but we already dream of going back to your islands.
Our stay in your hotel was heavenly. A personalized arrival with already a small gift (our 2 bottles that we keep preciously).
A fairytale visit of our stilt (229) with misty eyes so much we were amazed , a view of a lagoon of great beauty. The sight of the lagoon from our bed remains in our memories.
Everything is done for us to have beautiful moments. There are only smiles and "Ia ora na" throughout our days and at our every meeting. Landscaped gardens, coral gardens where I spent hours swimming among all these Multicolor fish.
The staff is very attentive to us, little words from the housekeepers, nice attentions at the restaurant, like when Maine gave me her wreath of flowers .
Beautiful encounters with time that was devoted to us personally. Thank you to Keanu with whom we had the chance to discuss and exchange on our magnificent trip and on your hotel.
I have no words , just want to go back to live these Magic moments again.... A Dream ❤️

Wonderful stay in paradise
The whole team is warm and professional, special mention for a breakfast manager who touched me a lot and came to see me at the pool before my Check-out!
We loved our stay which allowed us to land at the end of our stay in Polynesia.

AMAZING honeymoon getaway with excellent staff
One thing I really appreciated was how clean and well-kept everything was. The gym was spotless and fully stocked, which made it easy to stay active even while soaking up all the relaxation. I also surprised my husband with a spa day for his 30th birthday, and it ended up being one of my absolute favorite parts of the trip. The massage was next-level—so calming and restorative. The spa staff took such great care of us, making sure we felt completely pampered from start to finish. It was the perfect balance to all the adventure we had exploring the island.
I also have to give a huge and very special special shoutout to Kerian, one of the bartenders at the resort. He seriously made our nights! His energy, friendliness, and great sense of humor created such a fun vibe, and we always looked forward to stopping by when he was working. We spent hours chatting, learning a little French, and just enjoying his incredible hospitality. He went above and beyond, making us feel less like guests and more like friends.
This trip was full of beautiful memories, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible people who made our stay so special. I’ll always rememeber Kerian and look back on our honeymoon with so much gratitude, and I’d love to come back to this magical place again one day.
