منتجع لطيف على نهر الامازون
لقد وصلنا للتو إلى المنزل بعد 3 ليال في Amazon. منتجع الغابة التقليدية. فريق العمل من يتكلم جدا جدا أي باللغة الإنجليزية لم يكن ابداً مشكلة على الرغم من شبه معدومة تقريبا باللغة الأسبانية. دائما الابتسامة ابتسامة يحاولون دائما للمساعدة. أهم ما كان دانيال Gonzalez فندق Selva الرحلات المدير في الموقع. انه لا يتكلم باللغة الإنجليزية بشكل جيد جداً ولكن كان مذهلا في خدمته. كان دائما هناك منذ كنا يتحدث الإنجليزية فقط العائلة ذهب التوقعات. الطعام كان المأكولات التقليدية الكولومبية. على العكس من لا يقدم ما يكفي من الطعام شاهدنا عكس. الكثير من الطعام ولم مسافة قصيرة من مجموعة متنوعة. نحن أنا وصديقتي كلانا أكثر من 100 مطعم النزلاء.
للجولات باردة. لا تفوت فرصة زيارة جزيرة مونكي, بويرتو Allegria في بيرو، بويرتو ضبطت قوات مكافحة. قمنا أيضاً Buffalo الركوب على الرغم من ان الغابة . كان هناك ترفيه كل ليلة، يتم مصممة بذوق.

Chronicle of a Death Announced - Dismal Experience
My mom wanted to get to know Amazonas and they managed to get this GREAT GOAL. We came for 4 days and never in my life had I wanted so much to end a vacation.
The experience started badly from the beginning. The people of OnVacation receive you very friendly and smiling, they sell you different tours which one if or if you should take, because it is impossible to get anything different than what the hotel offers. They sell the tours as if they were spectacular, but they're a fiasco. Out of 5 I made, only one seemed really good vs what you pay.
We were given the room that was quite removed from the reception, when we arrived: oh surprise we had been given the wrong key, the door had a hole that fit a cock with all the young. We slept there two nights until the room and bathroom flooded because that night it rained. I went to ask them to resolve the situation to which they replied in an unkind way that they would ask to cover the roof, but on Sunday they did not work. So we had to wait another night. Finally they decided to change us to a room where the smell of bat urine was impressive and not exaggerated. So we had to sleep another two nights, with a single bulb because no other served and with that unclean smell.
The food is frightful, I ate every day only rice. The all-inclusive drinks and the glasses smelled awful. The included cocktails leave a lot to be desired and if you want to have something better clearly charge it and at ridiculous prices.
It is funny that in the hotel there is no signal, they charge 10,000 wifi, but one goes to the night walk inside the same hotel and there if the operators come in.
It really is an experience that should be spectacular but onvacation makes it the opposite. It is my second time in Amazonas, the first time I went to a nature reserve and it was much better, being that here you are led to believe that one has thousands of comforts. It's all a farce. I don't recommend coming.

Disastrous experience
Disastrous experience. I went with my girlfriend to spend 4 days in January and we lived the following:
1- We were already in leticia city and instead of letting us stay in their leticia office by the river (from where the boat leaves) they made us go to the airport because it was the only meeting point. To our surprise we were sent back to the room and kept waiting 3 hours 2- On arrival, despite being tired and my girlfriend's head aching a staff worker, asked us please to accompany him to a room to have a welcome cocktail so that he could receive a bonus from the company. Again, to our surprise we had more than 1 hour trying to sell more trips with them and asking us for personal data. Better arrival to rest in the Amazon impossible
3- The air conditioning and the phone did not work, took 3 days to fix despite reporting them daily and the room was full of rats and cockroaches 4- In one of the activities, we found the staff drunk

Bad experience
One of my worst experiences in a hotel, 3 days asking to be fixed the air, the tours leave much to be desired, the staff is not friendly and do not help solve, there are cockroaches everywhere and there are too many people. If you want a quiet Amazon experience this is not the hotel to go to.

Very bad.
Like the other reviews, the food is horrible and there are very few chairs, the hotel does not look like in the photos it is old and smells bad in many places, there is nothing to do but tours, they attend very bad , they never respond and for everything they make excuses. They are only waiting for the vip membership to be paid on the first day.
