I enjoyed staying at the hotel, near the university, very nice staffs, Eric and Annika were very friendly, and Alyssa for good management, rooms were so clean and great breakfast

NOT MEET TO HOTEL RANGE STANDARD
Not meet to my expectations, overrated hotel.First Front Office checked in guest service dated 22/4/2024 can be better, eventhough checked in during 3am in view of delayed flight from Sanya.
During 22/4 2.20pm checked out there was no farewell greeting what so even , COLD .
Guest room was NOT WELL MAINTAINED AND MONITORED below standard , I noticed the wall paper got defect stained near window, window curtains not functioning well,WAREDRO CLOSAGE WITH FALLEN APART LED LIGHT BELT a ran down OVERRATED LACK of SUPERVISION property especially room. BATHTUB MARBLE DEFECTS TOO.
F&B service are good from Chinese Restaurant via IRD around 1.30pm , telephone answeing are professional food quality good delivered with recommendations from Chinese restaurant .
Instead of Radissons Blu Pudong 高级房大床含单paid via wechat for
CNY 890 per night , I can have a better quality experience from IHG Group Indigo Pudong. (previous experience )
I hope this Hotel management can ready seriously looking into the Room division for FO guest experience and House Keeping monitoring matter to render a better guest in house experience for Radissons Blu Pudong.
Sad to say is another Marriott property

Some of it is good, some of it is too bad. Please read carefully and consider staying.
Honest Rating. (VIP member when staying)
· [❌️] On arrival: The bellboy just stands near the taxi without unloading the luggage. There was no guide to the entrance.
・[△] Check-in: No room upgrade until you indicate otherwise (VIP members will be upgraded)
・[❌️]Room: Lots of hair and so on were on the floor. It looked like there was only minimal cleaning.
・[◯] Bed: It was very comfortable to sleep in Fukafuka. Honestly, I really like it.
・[◯] Room curtains: They are very light shielding. When I opened the curtains I felt the heat, so I felt they were also highly insulated.
・[◯] Shower: Water pressure, etc. is sufficient. Drainage was also good. I was surprised it was too good to be honest.
・[◯] Sound insulation: The room was very quiet, although there may have been no guests nearby.
・[❌️]Vending machines, etc.: Stuffed animals, etc. are sold, but snacks and drinks are not. There's an in-room minibar, but it's very expensive.
・【△】Purchasing, etc.: As mentioned above, there is virtually nothing in the hotel. There is a small convenience store a minute's walk from the hotel, so I bought one there.
・[◎] Breakfast: There were many kinds and it was very delicious. I can honestly Rating this much.
・[❌️❌️❌️] Check-out & payment: scum. AMEX must be specified for payment at the time of Reservation. Pay RMB 1000 by Alipay as deposit at check-in.
At that time, I heard that if nothing happened, I would be refunded 1000 yuan at Check-out, but in fact, the cost of accommodation was deducted from that and the difference was refunded.
I asked to be debited from AMEX as planned because international fees are high for large payments with Alipay, but he refused.
I've never been treated this badly.

In a very bad shape, no maintenance for years. Not a 5 star experience.
This hotel is in a really bad shape. Everything in the room is scratched, the wallpaper on the walls has holes, LED light strips are hanging out of the closets. There are so many spots and stains in the carpet. Looks like they completely gave up maintenance some years ago.
The cleaning team does a ok job, but they cant win against the mold in the shower.
Also, the washing sink is IN THE ROOM, not behind the bathroom door. That is super annoying, because all the towels are our of reach and if you are in this hotel with your partner, its impossible to continue sleeping while the other person gets up and ready.
The English skills of the reception is very limited to the few absolutely required words for check in and check out.
Overall far away from a five star experience. It is still full with Chinese business guests, probably because you can get a room for less than 600RMB on certain apps and company contracts, which is obviously cheap.
But if you are paying the normal price on their website, you will be very disappointed if you expect a 5 star hotel.

Rooms are spacious, good pool and gym, nice breakfast, cheerful staff.
Location is average. Not near city hotspots. But ok for a business traveler for short stay if you are in Pudong.
