Each guest name can only book one room. If you need to book multiple rooms, please provide multiple names of actual guests when booking to avoid the order being unrecognized. Please present the same credit card used to book upon check-in. Guests booking 2 or more rooms will be required to provide at least 1 guest name for each room. The hotel reserves the right to refuse reservations if guest names are not provided. When booking 5 or more rooms, different policies may apply.

According to the guidelines of Hong Kong's "Product Environmental Responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023", starting from 2024/4/22, Hong Kong hotels will no longer provide free plastic bottles of water, toothbrushes, combs and other disposable plastic products to guests. If you have any questions, Please check the hotel's official website or consult the hotel in advance. According to the latest regulations of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, starting from January 1, 2025, it is anticipated that a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax will be implemented.
