The only complaint I have is my husband‘s very sick and got sick in the lobby. Had a very hard time walking. He had to sit in the lobby for a couple hours before he was able to make it up to the room asked about a wheelchair they do have wheelchairs, but it’s a $200 deposit. Yes you get it back But we didn’t have that kind of money so we weren’t able to get a wheelchair where they could’ve let me borrow a wheelchair push them up to the room and bring the wheelchair right back down so I wasn’t happy with that. Other than that it was really nice. We really enjoyed.

Very disappointed

Extremely disappointed with our stay at the Travelodge Owen Sound. Terrible customer service and we had kids playing hockey in the hallway outside our room, with their ball hitting our door with a bang, every 2 minutes, until 11:30pm. Then after the kids went to bed, the parents/other people decided to drink and party in the hallway AGAIN right outside our door. They were screaming, laughing, listening to music and carrying on so loud until 4 am. We called the front desk at around 2am and absolutely NOTHING was done about. So unprofessional. We had a terrible night.

I liked that there was breakfast in the morning and there was a clean bed. l did not like that there was no carpet on the floor and the walls were a bit dirty.

Checked in at around 7:00 pm. From the face of the staff who helping us to check in, I am very sure he hates his job 😅. However, we met two friendly front desk staffs in the morning. They made me and my husband change our minds, we will be back to this hotel again.

didn't feel welcome when we checking in on oct 27,2024 in the evening , hthis staff didn't say anything wrong but his face tells us he doesn't like his job. however, met two friendly front desk staffs in the morning. otherwise we will never come back the hotel again.
