Bad experience

I stayed at the hotel for three nights. Room 106 is a very simple and old room in terms of finishing and maintenance conditions. The hotel is well located and old. The staff service is friendly but the staff is small for the number of rooms. Small parking and few parking spaces. The room featured good beds and clean can and bath clothes. Small cabinet, split air conditioning did not work because there was no corresponding remote control but it was not necessary to use it. The bathroom had a strong smell of sewage. Good shower. Bad amenities. Just very fine soaps. There was no bathtub, shampoo or hair dryer. Bad clean fit and wall with apparent cement. Three days there was no room cleaning. Satisfactory breakfast and renovated and spacious restaurant. I don't know if other rooms are in these conditions but what is is in bad conditions. Positive points : the staff.

Moderate hotel in a small town

This seemed like more of a pit-stop hotel, but we ended up staying here a few nights. The rooms were fairly large, with a living area, mini fridge, and separate bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, our room was facing a street and the walls seemed to be paper thin, so whenever a car drove by, it sounded like it was literally IN our room.
But other than that, the rooms were clean, they brought fresh towels when needed, there was a restaurant right next door that had tasty food, but it seemed fairly new so I don't think they worked out all the details yet.
There was a pool in the central courtyard, but the water was freezing cold. The staff was friendly and helped when needed, but most didn't speak any english. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn't go out of our way to come back.

Experiência ruim

Passei uma noite no Hotel Gramado da Serra/Vassouras. Achei o hotel mal cuidado, limpeza bem mais ou menos, mas o pior foi a festa que teve na área da piscina, com músicas altíssimas passando do horário permitido. Eu, que fui a trabalho, e precisava acordar cedo, tive uma experiência bem ruim.

Desrespeito aos hospedes !

O hotel resolveu no dia 23/07/22 realizar uma festa na piscina do hotel. Essa piscina fica no centro do hotel,com as acomodações ao redor. Era uma festa particular,onde o espaço foi reservado para isso.
A festa, o barulho das músicas, os funks com palavrões e a galera bêbada falando alto parecia ocorrer dentro do meu quarto.
Começou meio dia e foi até às 22:00 hrs. Imagina vc querer descansar e não poder !
Total falta desrespeito com os hóspedes.
Muitos foram embora,outros obrigados a ficar na rua até o fim do evento.
Absurdo !

Péssimo Atendimento

Fui a Vassouras a trabalho e acabei me hospedando nesse hotel, sobre as acomodações não tenho o que reclamar porém a grande dor de cabeça está sendo para me enviar a NOTA FISCAL. Quando fui fazer o chack-out solicitei a nota fiscal e a recepcionista disse que iria me enviar por e-mail só que não foi isso que aconteceu, já vai para mais de uma semana e nada ou seja estou tendo uma enorme dor de cabeça até pq minha empresa precisa da nota fiscal. E lamentável isso pq o hotel é ótimo e o café da mãe e simples porém bom.
