My house

Excellent stay and great service from the employees, especially from Ms. Gabi, clean and wide. Good location in the centre of Curitiba, close to prestigious shoppings. Ample rooms, varied breakfast with many options. Finally, bring the family to enjoy Curitiba, I recommend staying at the Mercure Curitiba 7 September.

Bad attention

Bad service. The receptionist never knows anything. Everyone said one thing, they combined one value and in the end they wanted to charge another. On WhatsApp they promised one thing and at the time said that they could not fulfill. Even me having the messages proving what they said.
Sofa bed is pure wood, terrible to sleep!
IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE! I don't indicate the hotel, bad service!
Not a single tax note they were able to get out of my diary.

Impeccable and cozy

Everything very organized, great service from the reception staff, super comfortable room, smelly and spacious, a special recognition for Patricia, Samuel, Gabriele from reception who are always very dear and attentive at the time of serving us

The coffee girls are sensational....all of the hotel..
Especially for Eveline and Silvana...
For the cleaning especially Dona Lourdes
