Bathrooms without a face towel, lack of liquid soap.
Ibis was much better.

Don't stay here if you need the tax bill of expenses
The hotel is a good option for a stay. The problem is they just don't send the tax bill of the expense.
I'm 14 days calling and texting by whats and nobody wants to solve my problem, it seems they want me to forget about it, but I traveled to work and need the bill for refund of the expenses.
a good stay stained by the desire to evade taxes. I won't stay in this ibis anymore

Reasonable
I stayed 4 nights and had no problems with noise.
As for the arrangement of the room, left a bit to be desired. The sheets and towels were stained and I had to call the maid to do the cleanup despite leaving the plaque on the door of the room.
Breakfast and other meals served at the hotel are very expensive if paid separately. The region is not well served by commerce, so you are dependent on the hotel services.

Terrible service and organization.
I ended up sending pictures of the coat, I entered the room number, entry and exit dates, data that was already in the system. I know that the coat was in the hotel room and I don't understand how, being informed the same day what happened, he would have disappeared. I believe it is a lack of competence of the hotel staff and organization.
I'm taking other arrangements.
