We actually didn't see any staff at all, as we arrived after hours and the office wasn't opened when we left! This didn't matter as we received emails with clear instructions and all the information to allow for an easy check in/out.
The room was impeccably clean and had everything for a very comfortable stay. The kitchenette even had a microwave and coffee machine with pods!
The only thing to be aware of is that the bathroom is very narrow and therefore tight, if you're anything more than a reasonable sized person!
The surrounds of the building were tranquil - we even viewed a sparring match between 2 kangaroos in the adjoining paddock!
The park is accessible via keypad boom gates, so it felt secure. The township of Yea was wonderful to explore. We look forward to coming back to explore the area in more detail and will happily stay here again!
