The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service hours. It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property has a strict no party & visitor policy. Drugs, excessive alcohol and anti-social behavior will be reported to the police and guest(s) will be evicted immediately. Children under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated at this property. You must show a valid photo ID which is either a Australian Driver's License or Passport and the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. The reservation name for the booking, the ID and credit card name must match. Accepted IDs are passport and Australian driver's license. No other license are accepted here. Guests who fail to provide adequate identification will not be able to check-in, and no refund will be given. Any check out after 10:00 constitutes to a late check out and a fee will be charged to the security deposit. On check in, a $500 security deposit is required to cover any incidental charges below: Damage to the property (Full amount deducted) Excessive cleaning ($60) Setting off smoke alarm due to smoking in room (Full amount deducted) Late check out ($60) Management reserves the right to evict any guest who does not adhere to these guidelines.
