Shuttle service times: Monday to Friday 6:15am, 7:15am, and 8:15am Our complimentary shuttle service does not operate on Sundays or Public holidays. There is no shuttle services from the airport A surcharge of AU $45 applies for arrivals before check-in hours. All requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Office hours Each day of the week 9.00am to 10.00am and 2.00pm to 6.00pm only Customers that make a last minute booking and are arriving after 6pm and do not have the code for the key safe, we will definitely send the code for the safe on the day of your arrival. Please note that if you have not received the code on the day, we have an after hours number on the board. For customers that have already notified of their arrival after 6:00 pm, we will issue the key code to collect your key by email please allow at least 24hrs to get your code.
