Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Note that the outside pool is available from 9am to 7pm and the gym from 9am to 9pm. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Persons under 21 years of age may only be accommodated if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Argentinean citizens and residents will be charged an additional 21% value added tax. Only foreign guests who pay with a foreign credit card or debit card are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodations and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable.
